The traditional Sans Rival is an indulgent concoction of meringue layers and buttercream.  Our homage to this classic Filipino dessert consists of melt-in-your- mouth layers of dacquoise and French buttercream that is as silky as ice cream and flavoured with amaretto liqueur.  Try the classic with cashews or dare to be indulgent with our Pistachio Sans Rival.

Boterkoek is a traditional Dutch butter cake.  It is a sweet contrast of soft, gooey centre reminiscent of marzipan and crispy, flaky crust that is so buttery it will melt in your mouth.  This is our artisanal homage to Oma’s well-loved recipe.
